DURATION

In this session you will be able to work on your most relevant skills; whether it is the capture of your first waves, the construction of skills or the appropriation of fundamental techniques and correct habits. We offer you help at all times. In this lesson, everything revolves around you.

What does the One Session experience consist of?
    • The one session is according to your level (beginner or intermediate).
    • You will be alone with your instructor, without crowds. So you live your surfing experience to the fullest.
    • During your first session, your instructor will always be by your side. You will never be out of your depth on the sea. He will clearly explain everything to you before entering the water.

At this level you will learn to:
    • Get up correctly on your surfboard during your first lesson safely, in the hands of your Instructor.
    • Your instructor will prepare you in the arena, building mainly your confidence and explaining in detail each new skill that you will then apply in the water.
    • Your first surf session will end with a summary of the skills and techniques you learned during the lesson. This will be shown and explained by a photographer and your instructor; Thanks to this they can correct postures, explain the waves and laugh at the falls

Important:

Standing up is not the ultimate goal. There is much more fun than that.

At this level you will learn to:
    • You will learn to recognize the waves (waves without breaking / unbroken waves), and to determine which is (Left or Right), and to turn in these.
    • You will make the transaction of running waves in the foam to surf (waves without breaking / unbroken waves).
    • We guarantee that during this level your positioning in the surfboard will be perfected, as well as the paddling and the lifting in your surfboard.
    • You will be guided by your coach to the Peak. Where it will teach you how to be self-sufficient in the water: so that in this way you can select and capture waves (left or right). And this is where the greatest fun begins.

WHY WE DO IT ?

It is a great help tool. Thanks to which mistakes made during the activity can be clearly corrected. To such an extent that sometimes the instructor can leave the water to verify the photos, having a feedback with the photographer, to then improvise your surfing.
